<p><strong>Procedure:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Take a bowl and mix carrot, french beans and cabbage.</li>
<li>Add green capsicum, spring onions, corn flour and refined flour to the above mixture .</li>
<li>Mix it well and make small balls.</li>
<li>Take a fry pan, heat sufficient oil and deep fry balls until they turn golden brown in color.</li>
<li>Place them on absorbent paper.</li>
<li>Take 2 table spoons of oil in a pan and fry ginger and garlic pieces.</li>
<li>Take fried balls in a plate and garnish them with spring onion and fried ginger n garlic pieces.</li>
